Saying that I am a huge fan of tea is an understatement. Believe me. I consume anywhere from 16 to 20 cups a day. Some people think it’s an addiction and I think those people are crazy.
This morning, I was talking to a friend about Sanctuary T in New York City. Their tea is delicious and they pretty much have every kind of tea imaginable, but that’s not even the reason I love this place so much. The reason is their mac and cheese. It is the most delicious mac and cheese I have ever eaten in my 23 years of existence. I dream about it. I want it all the time. I feel sad when it’s not in my life. So if you’re ever in Soho, you should check this place out and order the mac and cheese. You will not be disappointed.
P.S. I wish I had a picture of the mac and cheese to show you, but I could not find one. Next time I’m there, I will be sure to take a photo so that we can all salivate over it. For now, this post will have to continue being a tease.
